INGREDIENTS
- Instant Oats- 1/3cup
- Olive oil- 1TbSP
- Cumin seed-1/2TSP
- Black Gram- 1TbSP
- Bengal Gram-1TbSP
- Curry Leaves- 6-8pcs
- Water- 1cup
- Salt- 1/2 TbSP
- Cucumber(finely chopped)
- Tomato(finely chopped)
- Curd- 2TbSP
- Cashew- 4-6pcs
- Peanut- 6-8pcs
- Black pepper- 1/2TSP
- Chat masala- 1/2TSP
PROCEDURE
In a kadai take 1TbSP olive oil.
Gradually add Cumin seed(1/2TSP), Black Gram(1TbSP), Bengal Gram(1TbSP) and Curry Leaves(6-8pcs). Stir for 30secs.
Add 1 cup of water, 1/2TbSP salt and 1/3cup of instant oats. Cook till oats are cooked completely.
Next in a bowl add the cooked oats.
Then gradually add Cucumber(finely chopped), Tomato(finely chopped), Curd(2TbSP), Cashew(4-6pcs), Peanut(6-8pcs), Black pepper(1/2TSP), Chat masala(1/2TSP).
Give it a quick mix and your healthy chatpata oats is ready to eat.
