What can be better in the morning than a healthy bowl of oats. Oats have many health benefits. Oats are incredibly nutritious, rich in antioxidants. Oats can lower cholesterol, improve blood sugar level and helps to lose weight. So let's check how to make this healthy oats more delicious.

INGREDIENTS

  • Milk- 500ml
  • Instant Oats- 1/2cup
  • Rock candy(michri)- 1TSP
  • Banana- 1piece
  • Flax seed- 1TbSP
  • Cashew- 5-6pcs
  • Raisin- 8-10pcs














STEPS OF PREPARATION

In a pan take 500ml milk.Bring it to a boil.

Add 1/2cup of instant oats and 1TSP of rock candy(michri).

Boil for 10 mins on low flame. (Till oats cooked completely.)

In a bowl take 1 ripe banana,smash it.

Then gradually  add Ffax seed(1TbSP), cashew(5-6pcs), raisin(8-10pcs).

Give it a quick mix and enjoy your Milk Banana Oats.
